请教:美国NEOS公司Q开关驱动器的接线方法

我目前有一个Q开关驱动器为NEOS的,体积比较小,是用于50WYAG打标机的,型号为:38027-50DMPKPW,驱动器里有三个接口,一个为MOD IN(射频BNC母口),一个为RF OUT射频口,还有一个9针DB接头,我猜MOD IN为调制信号输入口,9针的具体接法我不明白,那位好心人指点下
以下为我那Q驱的管脚说明书.(不好意思只有英文,我不能译出来)


CONNECTORS & MECHANICAL:
RF Output Connector: BNC Female
Modulation In Connector: BNC Female
Power input, Thermostat and Fault Outputs 9 pin Male sub D Connector
9 PIN SUB D CONNECTOR PINOUT:
1. +28 volts @ 9.5 amps max.
2. GND
3. Low Power Fault - A TTL Low is output on fault
4. +5 Volts Output - Can be used to drive external Fault LED indicators. 100mA available.
5. HVSWR Fault - TTL Low = Fault Caused by to much reflected RF power from the load.
6. Thermostat Input - low = RF off
7. High Power Fault - TTL Low = Fault
8. Over Temp Fault - TTL Low = Fault
9. Pulse Kill Input - 2 – 13.5 VDC 13.5 VDC required to output Full RF.
NOTES:
• Fault Reset: Requires a momentary input power shutoff to reset a Fault after removing the cause of the fault.
• Driver must have a 50 ohm load capable of dissipating up to 100 watts or a good Q-Switch attached before
applying power to the unit.
• Thermostat Input must be attached to the Q-Switch or no protection is offered.

CONNECTORS & MECHANICAL:——连接方法与机械结构
RF Output Connector: BNC Female——RF输出端:阴BNC

Power input, Thermostat and Fault Outputs 9 pin Male sub D Connector——功率输入,热传感与出错信号输出9芯D型阳接头
9 PIN SUB D CONNECTOR PINOUT:——9芯D型口引脚说明:
1. +28 volts @ 9.5 amps max.——28V/9.5A的电源输入(开关电源的正极)——按28V/9.A买一个开关电源即可
2. GND——地(开关电源的负极)
3. Low Power Fault - A TTL Low is output on fault——低功率指示出错信号—TTL低电平输出表示出错(可以接LED指示,或其它检测设备监测)
4. +5 Volts Output - Can be used to drive external Fault LED indicators. 100mA available.——+5V输出——用来外接LED指示,可以提供100mA
5. HVSWR Fault - TTL Low = Fault Caused by to much reflected RF power from the load.——HVSWR出错—TTL低电平=由负载反射回来的RF功率太高所致
6. Thermostat Input - low = RF off——过热输入-低=RF关断
7. High Power Fault - TTL Low = Fault——高功率出错-TTL低=出错
8. Over Temp Fault - TTL Low = Fault——过温:TTL低=出错
9. Pulse Kill Input - 2 – 13.5 VDC 13.5 VDC required to output Full RF.——脉冲输入-2-13.5V直流满输出RF
NOTES:

1,这个驱动器有没有出光信号输入端的?是9芯D型接口的那一个脚?
2,9芯D型接口6脚是否要给一个5V电平给它,还是要接2脚(GND脚)呢?
3,9芯D型接口9脚是不是要一直都给到13.5V给到它呢?
4,以下为一段说明书很重要的资料,能否帮下忙译出来呢?

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
380XX-YYDMPK
Q-SWITCH DRIVER
A. Attach a load capable of dissipating 25 to 100 watts or an appropriate “good” Q-switch to the RF output of the unit.
B. Attach all connections to Jack J1 as shown in Figure 1, but do not apply +28 VDC to Pin 1 yet. Place a short between Pin 6 and gnd or a normally closed thermostat on the Q-switch.
C. Analog Pulse Kill. For pulse kill operation apply a voltage to Pin 9. The RF output power level is maximum for 13.5 VDC and minimum at 2 VDC. Therefore for to output RF power, 13.5 VDC must be applied to this pin.
D. Recheck load connection and apply +28V to J1, Pin and 13.5VDC to Pin 9.
The RF output power should be at full power and the unit should be working normally.
E. Fault Indicator.
1. The fault indicator circuits disable the RF source when one of the following conditions occur:
a. Reflected power from the load is greater than the fault set point.
b. The forward power is greater than rated power fault set point.
c. Temperature sensor circuit is open.
To reset unit, remove cause of shutdown and turn main power off for several seconds then turn the power on again.
2. Low Power Indicator.
The low power indicator faults when the forward power drops to less than 25 watts. The unit remains in operation.
NOTE: Base plate temperature cannot be higher than 60C.

A、在Q开关电源的RF输出端接上一个可以散除25~100W热量的假负载,或介接上一个好的Q头。

B. Attach all connections to Jack J1 as shown in Figure 1, but do not apply +28 VDC to Pin 1 yet. Place a short between Pin 6 and gnd or a normally closed thermostat on the Q-switch.
B、如图1,将所有的连接端接到Jack J1上,但现在不要在1脚加28V的直流电。将脚6和地(gnd)之间短路或关断Q开关上的温度反馈装置。

C. Analog Pulse Kill. For pulse kill operation apply a voltage to Pin 9. The RF output power level is maximum for 13.5 VDC and minimum at 2 VDC. Therefore for to output RF power, 13.5 VDC must be applied to this pin.
C、模拟脉冲消除。对于脉冲的消除操作要在9脚上加电压。RF功率输出的是在13.5V时候最大,而在2V时候最小。因此为了获得RF的功率输出,必须在这个脚上加入13.5V的电压。

D. Recheck load connection and apply +28V to J1, Pin and 13.5VDC to Pin 9.
The RF output power should be at full power and the unit should be working normally.
D、重新检查连接的各个接线,正确无误在J1上加入28V电压,在9脚加入13.5VDC。

E. Fault Indicator.
1. The fault indicator circuits disable the RF source when one of the following conditions occur:
a. Reflected power from the load is greater than the fault set point.
b. The forward power is greater than rated power fault set point.
c. Temperature sensor circuit is open.

E、错误指示。
1、当下面的情况发生的时候,出错指示环路关断RF源:
a、从负载(指RF的假负载或Q开关)返回来的功率超出了缺省设置的数值。
b、前向功率大于额定的设置数值。
c、温度传感回路开路。
重启系统方法,关掉引起出错的原因,关掉主开关几秒后再开启电源。
2、低功率指示。
当前向功率低于25W时候指示起作用,整个系统保持运行。
注:基板的温度不能超过60度。

没有收到PDF文档,可能忘记粘贴了吧,因此上面的只是些简单的翻译,请参考。

另外,不同型号NEOS的Q开关接法大同小异,但要区分细微的差别,毕竟比较贵呀。

我用过NEOS(N390系列)的一款不好用,AA的也是,可能是和我的Q不匹配,调的效果都不好,现在用的是德国的一个。
