III-V Compound Semiconductors Epitaxy Growth/ Device/ R&D Engineer
Job Description
Description
- Develop new and novel epitaxy process and transfer to production. May be required to work with R&D labs overseas to transfer next generation epitaxy technology.
-Develop next generation devices in Singapore or with our labs around the world.
-Sustain and improve epitaxy growth reactors in quality, reliability, productivity, cycle time and cost reduction.
-Required to troubleshoot and resolve process/machine/product related issues.
-Provide device engineering design/support to internal and external customers.
Qualifications
-PhD/ Masters/ BEng/ BSc in Electrical/ Electronics/ Physics/ Material Science.
-Strong background in semiconductor material epitaxy growth, and experience in characterization of III-V semiconductor materials and/or
-Strong background in semiconductor device physics.
-Good communication and analytical skills with proven leadership skills.
