急求ASAP正版客户编号！！

昨天向BRO 技术支持发了求助邮件，今天给回了这么封：
In order to help you further, please indicate your correct Customer ID#.  The number xxxxx is not in our database.  Please also indicate what University has this ASAP license and who the registered user is.（The ID#
can be found by selecting "Help" in ASAP and then selecting "Registration".
The ID# is in the box labeled "Customer ID".
）
