生物芯片与生物光学的联系紧密吗？如果是的话，发展前景怎么样啊？

看怎么定义生物光学了，如果认为生物光学应该是研究光与生物物质的相互作用的，那么个人认为联系不紧密，生物芯片中采用荧光物质标记生物物质，直接检测的是荧光物质或荧光物质与生物物质的结合，这中间光与生物物质本身并不发生作用。个人意见，不知道对不对
