光电脉搏血氧仪的研制

大家好，不知道本版有没有做医疗仪器的高手可以指点一二。

我想要做一个测血氧的仪器，是用双波长光电探测的方法。
现有一个现成的探头，光源一个是红光，另一个是红外光，接受管是光敏二极管。
就是把信号采集出来进行计算，得到血氧饱和度的值。

大概的原理我都明白，因为模拟电路什么的都是在上大学的时候学得书面上的皮毛。
知道要搭什么电路，完成什么任务。可是不知道该从哪个地方入手。而且医疗仪器的要求也都不懂。不知道如何选择器件，可以达到要求。

有人说可以先买个现有的产品，分解之后再模仿设计。
做医疗仪器设计的先辈们，能够指点一下迷津呀？

光学原理

我是做科研的。
光学原理是利用还原血红蛋白（Hb）与氧合血红蛋白（HbO2）对不同波长的光吸收不同。选择红光与红外光，是因为Hb与
HbO2在红光波段吸收系数相差较大，在红外光波段的吸收系数接近。
而所求得是：HbO2的浓度比上（Hb+HbO2）的总浓度。不同的浓度，吸收的光强不同。就是靠检测透射出来的光强变化来计算这个浓度比。
测量精度这个就没有概念了，提出的是70%~100%段达到1%.现有产品的精度是2%。

想分析一下理论

所有的文章都写的是选用660/940nm的波长，去厂家问660/905nm用的较多。

想理论分析一下，涉及到光在组织中的传播问题。
查阅资料，都是用蒙特卡罗方法模拟仿真。

组织的分层情况以及各种不同波长下组织的光学特性参数可以在哪里找到呢？
请知情人帮忙。
