摘 要:对氧化碲基非线性光学玻璃类材料的研究情况进行了归纳总结。发现向玻璃基体中添加金属氧化物能够有效地改善材料结构。提高材料的非线性光学性能,这是该类材料的研究重点。此外,金属纳米粒子复合材料表现出优异的非线性光学性能,可应用该方法开发出高性能的有金属纳米粒子镶嵌的玻璃类材料。
The recent situation about studies of glasses with metal oxide added in the tellurite glass could improve its structure and ticles of noble metals embedded in a dielectric, so-called nanocermets amplification of the local electric field. This method could be used to nonlinear optical properties is introduced. The increase the coefficient. Further more, nanoparhas great third-order nonlinearities by the giant exploit glass embedded by nanoparticles.
