摘 要:离线镀膜玻璃生产线利用磁控溅射法生产镀膜玻璃,该过程工艺复杂,自动化程度要求较高。该文针对生产线硬件结构和控制策略的分析,提出主控制器采用基于西门子S7-400PLC的双CPU协同的控制模式,并结合真空系统、伺服控制系统、磁控溅射阴极电源系统等子系统的特点详细阐述控制系统设计方案与运行原理。
Off-line coated glass production line products coated glass by magnetron sputtering method.The process is complicated and requires highly automated.Analysis of its hardware structure and control measure,the paper pres-ents the main controller using two mutually synergistic S7-400PLC.Combined with vacuum system,servo system, magnetron sputtering system,the paper elaborates the design scheme and operation principle of control system.
