摘 要:针对手机扬声器弹片激光精密焊接,对脉冲激光器的光学配置(外部光路配置及激光器内部光学配置)进行了优化设计,激光的最小聚焦光斑从0.45 mm降低到0.33 mm。进一步改进了激光焊接工艺参量,得到最佳的工艺组合,解决了焊接良品率低下的问题。
Considering the requirements of precise laser welding for mobile speaker shrapnel,the pulse laser's optical configuration(external light path configuration and internal optical configuration) is optimally designed. The minimum focus spot of laser is reduced from 0.45 mm to 0.33 mm. And the laser welding parameters are further improved,thus the optimal technology is achieved which finally solves the problem of low welding yield.
